Connectivity for remote communities in Scotland (International Transport Forum, 2019)

This research concerned setting out the levels of connectivity on remote communities in Scotland and how that connectivity was provided.  It described the appraisal process and the governance of transport in remote parts of Scotland, identifying strengths and weaknesses.  A research and policy agenda is proposed.  The paper was one of the inputs to the ITF’s Roundtable on Remote Communities held in Ottawa, Canada in Sept 2019.  James attended the roundtable
